The work of BMS World Mission is impossible without the support of our global family. From the smallest act of kindness to the biggest donation, every contribution from our community helps us to share the love of Jesus in some of the world’s toughest places. This week, we pray for the BMS community.
SUNDAY 12
Pray for the thousands of supporters who receive BMS’ Engage magazine. May they be inspired and encouraged by the stories of God’s work around the world.
MONDAY 13
Thank God for supporters who have left gifts to BMS in their wills. Pray for good stewardship of their gifts and ask for blessings on their families.
TUESDAY 14
Pray for mission workers who recently reached the end of their service and returned to the UK. Ask for God’s guidance and direction for their next steps, and for peace and rest as they
adjust to life back in the UK.
WEDNESDAY 15
Give thanks for the Scottish Baptist churches who recently came together in their online celebration. Pray God’s blessing upon them as they pursue their vision for the future.
THURSDAY 16
Pray for the churches who recently showed the BMS harvest resource, Days of Plenty. May God bless their efforts to raise awareness and funds for this work.
FRIDAY 17
Pray for the success of the BMS Christmas appeal. May God bless the fundraising efforts of the BMS community, and may the resources raised enable lives to be transformed.
SATURDAY 18
Pray for churches that are currently experiencing challenges. May God provide strength, comfort and wisdom to church leaders and members, and may they continue to be faithful witnesses to God’s love and grace in their communities.
