BMS World Mission recognises that God gives people different skills and calls us to be a blessing to the nations, wherever we are based and whatever our culture. This week we focus on the recruitment of people in mission, people who serve organisations, hubs and networks, and programmatic and support staff.

SUNDAY 26
God calls people in mission from anywhere to everywhere. Pray for BMS as we seek to recruit people from diverse cultures and to value distinctive contributions
from the Global Church.

MONDAY 27
Praise God for the increased diversity of the BMS workforce and for our Board of Trustees and Council. Pray for wisdom as we seek to foster inclusivity, create a sense of belonging and strengthen engagement globally.

TUESDAY 28
Pray for wisdom and discernment as BMS seeks to recruit the right people in the right place at the right time. Pray that we will increase the number of staff recruited and based in the Majority World.

WEDNESDAY 29
Pray to the Lord of the harvest to send workers to his harvest field. Give thanks for those already recruited and sent from across the Global Church.

THURSDAY 30
Pray for the People Pool – a new mechanism to enable people to provide short-term, targeted support to organisations, hubs and networks. Pray for the increased sharing of skills across the Majority Church.

FRIDAY 31
Pray for the Mission Personnel Operations and HR teams as they lead and support the recruitment of people serving in mission and of programmatic and support staff.

SATURDAY 1
Praise God for people who recently started serving in mission and who joined our workforce. Pray that they will thrive where they serve and play their part in being a blessing to the nations.
