Our prayer is that people who’ve never heard the gospel would experience the abundant life that Jesus alone provides. BMS World Mission is committed to training disciple makers who share the gospel within their own cultures and contexts. Please pray with us this week as we focus on our Heart for the Gospel.
SUNDAY 5
Praise God for BMS mission worker Ben Francis, who is leading a team of church planters. Pray for God’s protection and for wisdom to share the gospel in ways that draw people to Christ.
MONDAY 6
Give thanks to God for BMS mission workers Louise and Peter Lynch in Bangladesh. Pray for strength and for their ongoing support in teaching theological students and training national workers to demonstrate God’s love.
TUESDAY 7
BMS-supported worker Barnabas Hembron is doing great work in making Jesus known. Pray that God will open new doors for him and his team to proclaim the message of Christ.
WEDNESDAY 8
Praise God for the increasing number of disciples in North Africa. Pray that those coming to faith in Christ will be resilient in the face of opposition and persecution.
THURSDAY 9
Thank God for the new mission centre in Wang Daeng. Pray that this will be a centre of hope for young people. Pray that 100 new disciple makers would be trained and sent.
FRIDAY 10
BMS partner Thailand Karen Baptist Convention is seeking to expand its disciple-making programme. Pray for resources to recruit, train and send new workers to new places.
SATURDAY 11
The Lord has opened a new door for BMS’ work in Mongolia. Pray for the successful training of 100 disciple makers who will preach the gospel and plant churches
