BMS World Mission’s partner Bethlehem Bible College (BBC) provides theological education and training in Arabic and aims to equip, encourage and enable the Christian community in the Holy Land to remain and serve in the region. BMS has partnered with BBC since 2011.
SUNDAY 22
Give thanks for the faculty and staff of Bethlehem Bible College (BBC) and their commitment to the college in the tension and challenges of the past year. Pray that they would have the grace and strength to continue in their roles and for their leadership in their communities.
MONDAY 23
Pray for the students and give thanks for their desire to go more deeply into the Word of God. Pray that their studies would help them see how they can contribute to a positive future in their homeland.
TUESDAY 24
Give thanks for the theological scholarship programme to which BMS contributes. Rejoice that through this grant many students have been able to study and be involved in a variety of ministries.
WEDNESDAY 25
Students at BBC participate in practical training, including through BMS partner (and BBC sister charity) the Shepherd Society. Pray that this humanitarian outreach work would show the local community the love of Christ.
THURSDAY 26
BMS has supported BBC in running organisational capacity-building training with the whole staff team. Pray that the team would feel encouraged and equipped by this time together.
FRIDAY 27
BBC is a key contributor to the biennial Christ at the Checkpoint peace and reconciliation consultations. Pray that the 2024 event will continue to have a deep influence on all who participated.
SATURDAY 28
Pray that the board, staff, faculty and students at the college will keep their hearts and minds on Christ.
